Yarlis exists because the AI problem was always a human problem first.

Most companies do not fail at AI because they chose the wrong tool. They fail because the system underneath the tool was never designed to hold the weight of growth. The accountability gaps, the ownership voids, the communication failures that no tool could fix.

Yarlis was built to fix the layer in between. Before the AI works, the company has to.

Execution OS is the next chapter. Where your team and their Digital Co-Workers run together.

Seeing systems break from the inside.

Inside a real technology company, I watched a team of genuinely talented people deliver inconsistently. Not because they lacked skill, the skill was there. Not because they lacked tools, we had plenty. The breakdown happened in the space between intention and execution: the accountability gaps, the ownership voids, the communication failures that no tool could fix.

Everyone was busy. Nobody owned the outcome end-to-end. The founder was spending the best hours of every day as organisational glue, connecting people and tasks that should have connected themselves.

It's always the human layer.

When we tried to fix the problem with AI and automation, it got worse. The automation amplified what was already there. And what was already there was broken accountability, unclear ownership, and invisible handoff failures.

That's when the insight crystallised: AI amplifies what's already there. If what's already there is broken, AI amplifies the breakage. You must fix the human system first. Every single time.

Building the Yarlis Edge.

I developed three proprietary systems to address this problem in sequence: the Execution Health Index to diagnose the human system with precision, the Human-First AI Methodology to fix the human layer before adding technology, and the Accountability Continuity Layer to prevent the fixes from drifting after Yarlis exits.

These aren't frameworks borrowed from management textbooks. They were built inside a real company, tested against real failures, and refined until they produced measurable, repeatable results.

Fix the gap.

Yarlis exists for founder-led companies between 15 and 200 people, companies where the team is capable but delivery keeps slipping. Companies where the gap between what they can do and what they actually deliver is costing them clients, credibility, and growth.

The mission is simple: find the breakdown point and fix it. Human systems first. AI second. Always.

Built on real experience.

Built in the Field

Built and tested the Yarlis Edge methodology inside a real technology company. Every framework was forged in the field, not in a lecture hall.

McKinsey-Grade Rigour

Frameworks developed alongside McKinsey & Company senior partners. Refined against world-class strategic standards.

Proprietary IP

Three proprietary systems (EHI, Human-First AI, ACL) that no other firm in India offers. Defensible methodology, not generic advice.

India Market Specialisation

Purpose-built for the Indian SMB market, where founder-operators balance traditional instinct with modern systems, and where the execution gap is most acute.

"The gap between your team's capability and your client's experience has a name. And a fix."
